SOISU Furnitures LLC (“SOISU”, “we”, “us”) is committed to providing quality furniture and exceptional service. This Refund & Warranty Policy outlines your rights and obligations under U.S. consumer protection laws as they relate to purchases made from SOISU via our website or in-store.
1. Warranty Coverage
We offer a limited warranty of 3 months from the date of installation for manufacturing defects affecting the following parts:

  • Sofa legs

  • Sofa foam cushions

This warranty is valid for residential use only. It does not cover issues resulting from normal wear and tear, misuse, improper handling, accidental damage, or unauthorized repairs or modifications.
2. Filing a Warranty Claim
To be eligible for a refund or replacement:

  • Damage or defect must be reported within 24 hours of delivery or installation.

  • Notice must be sent via email to yash.vashisht@soisu.com.

  • A signed delivery note or delivery acknowledgment email is required to initiate a claim.

  • SOISU may require photo or video documentation to assess the issue.

Failure to notify us within the 24-hour window may void eligibility under this policy unless otherwise required by law.
3. Refunds & Replacements
If a product is found to be defective under warranty, SOISU will, at its sole discretion:

  • Provide a replacement of the affected item or component, or

  • Issue a refund to the original method of payment.

Please note:

  • Transportation and handling charges for replacements are the customer’s responsibility.

  • In the event of a refund, sales taxes, payment gateway fees, and any associated charges will be deducted from the refundable amount, as permitted by law.

4. Returns & Cancellations

  • Custom orders are non-refundable and cannot be canceled or modified once placed.

  • Ready-to-ship items may be eligible for return or refund based on the terms stated in the invoice or communicated via email.

  • Products must be returned in original, unused condition with original packaging, if applicable.

  • SOISU reserves the right to inspect returned items before issuing any refund or replacement.

5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under applicable law, SOISU shall not be liable for:

  • Incidental, indirect, or consequential damages

  • Loss of use, profits, or data

  • Damages resulting from delays, misuse, or third-party installation

This policy does not affect any statutory rights you may have under state or federal law.
6. Policy Amendments
SOISU reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Warranty Policy at any time, in accordance with applicable laws. The updated policy will be effective upon publication on our website or as communicated to you in writing.
