At SOISU Furnitures LLC, we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture from our manufacturing facilities in India to our customers in the United States. This Shipping Policy outlines the expected delivery timelines, shipping practices, and responsibilities, as well as applicable legal protections under U.S. law.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. Orders are shipped directly from our production units or warehouses located in India.
We partner with reliable international freight carriers and logistics providers to ensure safe and timely delivery to your doorstep.
2. Delivery Timelines
Delivery timelines may vary depending on the nature of the order:

These timelines include manufacturing, quality checks, export clearance, ocean freight, import customs clearance, and final delivery within the U.S.

3. Shipping Costs, Duties & Taxes

Shipping charges will be clearly communicated at the time of purchase and included in the invoice.

All products shipped from India to the USA are Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) unless stated otherwise. This means import duties and taxes are prepaid and included in your total cost.

SOISU will manage customs clearance, but you may be contacted by the carrier for verification purposes.
4. Tracking & Notifications
Once your order is shipped, we will provide:

Estimated delivery date

Updates via email or WhatsApp during transit and at key checkpoints
5. Damage During Transit
We take extensive measures to package and protect your items. However, if damage occurs during transit:

Please report it within 24 hours of delivery to support@soisufurniture.com with photos and a brief description.

Damaged items will be assessed for repair, replacement, or refund based on SOISU’s warranty and refund policies.
6. Force Majeure
SOISU Furnitures LLC shall not be held liable for delays, non-performance, or damage caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, hurricanes)

Acts of God

War, civil unrest, or terrorism

Epidemics or pandemics

Governmental actions, trade restrictions, or port closures

In such events, delivery commitments shall be extended for the duration of the event. SOISU will make reasonable efforts to communicate and resolve the situation in good faith.
7. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:

Providing accurate delivery information (any changes may cause delays or additional charges)

Being available to receive and inspect your delivery

Signing the delivery note or acknowledging delivery via email
If a delivery attempt fails due to incorrect information or customer unavailability, re-delivery fees may apply.
